Villa Dimitra:
The villa is located in Mavrikiano, 1Km from Elounda village
and 15 minutes from the beach. The House has a wonderful mountain
view and it is about 60 sq.m.The stone House is a traditional one,
well preserved, originally built in 1880 and rebuilt to its present
stage in 1999. The House of Dimitra is located on the ground floor
of the House of Penelope (see description below) with a swimming
pool and a kitchen that is used by the residents of both villas. Next
to the entrance there is a small indoor fully-equipped kitchen and
a large room with 2 beds and a fireplace. There is a door leading
to another bedroom with a twin bed and then there is a bathroom
equipped with hydromassage.The sink of the kitchen is of marble
found in a Turkish Hamam. The furniture are copies of original
pieces but lamps and fittings are genuine and identical to those
exhibited in the Historical Museum of Heraklion. Private
garage for 2 cars.The villa can accommodate up to 4 adults.
Villa
Penelope: Located 1 Km from Elounda and is within
a 10 minute walk to the beach. The stone House is a traditional
one, well preserved, originally built in 1880 and rebuilt to its
present stage in 1999. The road directs downhill to the south side
of the settlement of Mavrikiano. Following the road to the right
is the entrance of the House. As the House is located on top of
the House of Dimitra, a few stairs up and you are in common open
area on the left is the ample size swimming pool. On the right is
the sunbathing area and opposite is an open but shaded full size
kitchen to be shared with the guests of the House of Dimitra. On
the first floor sharing the pool with the residents of Villa Dimitra
on the ground floor. Kitchen at the entrance, then there is a bedroom
with a twin bed. To the right there is a fire place and to the left
2 single beds. A wooden staircase leads to the sofa area which
sleeps 2 pax in a large twin bed. There is a bathroom and a smaller
twin bedded room with a balcony with beautiful views.The villa can
accommodate up to 6 pax in 3 bedrooms.The sink of the kitchen is
of marble found in a Turkish Hamam. The furniture are copies

The house can accommodate six adults in three different rooms. Private
