White Mountains Tour
Day 1: Arrival at the airport, transfer to a C class hotel in the city overnight and dinner.

Trekking in Chania, Crete

Day 2 : Transfer by bus to Chania, visit of the town and transfer to the Omalos plain on the White mountains (altitude 1200 m).  Lunch in a taverna.  Dinner and overnight in Omalos in a C class hotel

Day 3: After breakfast climb mount Gigilos (altitude 2000 m).  Picnic lunch.  Dinner and overnight in Omalos. (total walking time 5 hours)

Day 4: Descend of mount Omalos through the Samaria Gorge to Aghia Roumeli.  Lunch, dinner in a tavern and overnight in Aghia Roumeli in rooms. (total walking time 6 hours)

Day 5: Walk to Loutro.  Lunch picnic.  Dinner and overnight in Loutro. (total walking time 5 hours)

Samaria Gorge in Chania Crete -Trekking, alternate tourism Omalos, trekking in Crete

Day 6: Walk to the village of Livaniana.  Descend the gorge of Aradena.
Picnic lunch.  Dinner and overnight in Loutro. (total walking time 3-4 hours)

Day 7: By boat from Loutro to Sfakia and bus to Heraklion. The stretch between Loutro and Sfakia can also be done on foot (total walking time : 3 hours) Lunch in a tavern.  Dinner and overnight in Heraklion.

DAY 8: Breakfast in the hotel in Heraklion.  Free leisure time. Transfer to Heraklion airport. We do not include lunch or dinner as we do not know the departure time. Add another 2.300 GRD per person per meal in case group wants either / or lunch and dinner.

Walking through  Aradena gorge or any other gorge which has been chosen on the day which you happen to be interested in participating, where you, apart from walking, you also climb moderately in order to get the feeling of the mountains without requiring special skills as our guides will assist you all the time.  An incredible experience as these gorges are not visited by many.

Upon request only for  a group of at least 8 people:  Price :  12.000 per person including transportation, guides and climbing gear.  From 8 am until 7-8 pm

Walking through the Kourtaliotis gorge and river down to the Palm forest of Preveli.
