Terms, conditions, and restrictions when booking online
The cost of your reservation is the total of: the indicated
accommodation or services required multiplied times the number of days of your
stay or services required+ tax charges and our reservation fee. You will be
notified before the reservation order is completed and your credit card is
charged if a reservation is confirmed which is non refundable and/or non
changeable.
Changes or cancellations are accepted under following
conditions:
- Cancellations
or changes made before 12:00
AM (GTB Standard Time) 14
days before arrival result to 1 day cancellation fee.
- Cancellations
or changes made after 12:00
AM (GTB Standard Time) 7
days before arrival result to 3 days cancellation fees
- Cancellations
or changes made after check-in 3 days before arrival are subject to a
100% penalty.
- Cancelling your
stay: Cancellations can be made online. From
your itinerary, click the How to cancel this hotel reservation link
and follow the instructions. Fees will be charged as per above
cancellation policy.
- Changing your
stay: To make changes, please EMAIL US.
There is a fee in case changes are made less than 14 days before arrival.
The fee is subject to evaluation as per hotel availability and Blue Aegean
is not responsible if there is no availability with the new dates
requested. In this case, if client cannot keep to the contract of primary
booking, then there will be a refund retaining 3 days minimum as
cancellation fee.
Other Restrictions:
- Your credit card is charged the total cost at time of purchase. Prices
and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
- You agree to respect all terms and conditions as read above with
respect to any completed reservation order for a hotel stay as specified on the
reservation order form. You will be completely responsible for your selection
of accommodation or services and Blue Aegean if you by any chance misunderstood
information given on our website. Please read carefully all descriptions and
rates and after each booking is completed you will receive by email our form of
authorisation which will state clearly all the services purchased from Blue
Aegean
- If you wish to book
more than 1 room, you must use a different name for each room or the duplicate
reservation MAY be cancelled by the hotel.
- Check-out time in Greece (generally but there are hotels which may alter these) is 12.00 noon.
Check-in between 12.00 noon and 2
pm. If client arrives early
morning and hotel does not have the room ready at the time of arrival then
client will have to wait until the time of check-in.
